No treatment or filtration before bottling. 13,5% abv, TA 6.6, pH 3.33) Very complex nose, smoky with tar, spices and crunchy red fruit. Medium bodied this shows power and elegance on the palate with bright acidity that carries the fruit's intensity. A standout.
