Diamantis Rosé 2018

Diamantis Rosé 2018

One of the most fascinating Greek rosés I have tasted lately this comes form high altitude vineyards in Siatista, Macedonia rising up to 900m. 70% of Xinomavro with 30% more aromatic and lighter Moschomavro. Pale orange-pink with complex nose delivering strawberries and cool grapefruit and mineral aromas. Youthful on the palate, textural with an intoxicating swirl of raspberries, spices and flowers. Vibrant and energetic, growing firm on the finish. Lay it down for a couple years, the wine should reward you. (YK)
