Gaia Thalassitis 2015

This is one of the most classic Santorini expressions. A surprisingly forward Santorini that is already offering great drinking pleasure but can age for another 5 -7 years. Lemon yellow with some green hues. Grapefruit, sandy minerality, limestone and hints of stone fruits on the nose. Medium to full bodied, vibrant, with bright acidity and a long aftertaste.
