Kir Yianni Esprit du Lac 2018

(13% abv, TA 5.6, pH 3.37)This is the new rosé wine from Kir-Yianni, which is 100% Xinomavro from 600m in altitude vineyards situated in Ag. Panteleimon in cool climate Amyndeo. It has a pale salmon colour with a lovely nose that highlights both fruity (strawberry and raspberry) along savoury/mineral notes. Hints of roses. On the palate it shows a great balance of sweet fruit and acid finishing rather long with a touch of grip. Energetic and structured this can age for the next 3-4 years. Greece&Grapes €13.20
