(High altitude vineyards in Pitsilia, Cyprus, partly oaked) A benchmark Xynisteri for Cypriot wines delivering a lovely aromatic complexity and a Semillon - like character with lime zest, tropical fruit and waxy undertones. Round and creamy on the palate with a fresh acid on the long lasting finish.
