Lyrarakis Vo’ila Vineyard Assyrtiko 2015

Minerals, citrus fruit and yeasts on the nose. Very fresh and medium-bodied with piercing acidity. Fairly long finish. An excellent example of a Cretan Assyrtiko. (tasted blind.)
