Manolesakis Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2018
Deeply coloured, looks like a light red. Very bold and punchy on the nose with plenty of esters but there is a lot of structure and purity on the palate. A gastronomic wine and an excellent effort to produce something different. (YK)
