Methymnaios Chidiriotiko 2014

Organic wine and the blanc de noirs version (Methymneos produces wines from just one grape variety- Chidiriotiko- in 3 different versions). Exciting nose of ripe pears and underlying minerality. Layered, ripe but not tropical, this has excellent structure and complexity. A pleasant surprise.
