Mylonas Malagousia-Mandilaria Rosé 2018

One of the most complete rosés of the market, based exclusively on native varieties, from talented winemaker Stamatis Mylonas in the area of Keratea, Attica. This is a blend of 80% floral Malagousia plus 20% Mandilaria which provides tannins and backbone to the wine. Grapes are sourced from four vineyards at an altitude of 200-300m. On the lees for 3 months this is scented with spring flowers, red fruits with distinctive mineral notes. An excellent wine that works both as an aperitif but also for most light summer dishes. 89+ (YK)
