Papagiannakos Savatiano Estate (Ktima) 2012

Papagiannakos Savatiano Estate (Ktima) 2012

This is the Estate version of Papagiannakos’ Savatiano just released on the market with a premium price selling twice more expensive compared to the regular bottling. Winemaking is different but Papagiannakos does not reveal many details except that the must has some skin contact. Beautiful and harmonious wine showing a nutty and toasty character without having any oak treatment. Ripe, mellow and layered this is creamy with masses of finesse. Excellent work. (tasted blind).
