Sigalas Aidani 2013 (Nykteri style) - preview

Amber coloured, dried fruits, figs and raisins, toffee, caramel and honey. Not overly sweet with its 30 g/lt; good balance, but not great complexity on the palate. A bit alcoholic. Well made. Unreleased at the moment. 500 bottles. Would be interseting to see how it evolves. (tasted blind).
