Vassaltis Santorini 2015

Second vintage for this label and a great one indeed! Light to medium straw color. Stunning nose of lime zest, grapefruit, and stone fruit alongside the tell-tale Santorini minerality (sandstone and limestone). Almost full-bodied, yet surprisingly forward for such a youthful wine. Refined and balanced with a long aftertaste. A gem.
