Vriniotis Assyrtiko Sur Lies 2011

This is consistently one of the most exciting mainland Assyrtikos and it seems that it can age pretty well. 2011 is sealed with a natural cork. Honeyed nose that reminds of a sweet Riesling. TDN is present but not dominating. Fresh on the palate with crispy acidity controlled level of oxidation and long finish. Layered and fascinating. 6 months on the lees.
